Actions
This form allows you to easily send a mass mail to a selection of entities.
New email application
By clicking on the New button in the toolbar, a new email application is inserted, all unsaved changes to the current email application are lost.
Save email application
Using the Save the email application is saved in your database. When you open your database on another computer, all your email applications are still available.
Delete e-mail application
If the current email application is stored in your database, the Delete is available. You can delete the current email application by clicking the Delete button, this action is irreversible.
Email application properties
In the box Table box, you determine the properties of your email application .
Name
Enter a clear name for your email application here, this name is used within the programme to denote this email application. For example in the table browser. This text will not appear in sent emails.
Description
Enter here a short description for your email application, this description is used within the programme to indicate this email application. For example in the table browser. This text does not appear in sent emails.
Email field
Choose the field of your entity which will be used as an email address.

Choose the email application to be used here.
Target address
BCC
All mail addresses will be put in the BCC field of your mail application. The BCC field ensures that recipients do not see each other's email address. The To field should be filled with a mail address that all addressees are allowed to see.
CC
All mail addresses are recorded in the CC field of your mail application. The CC field ensures that a copy of this message is sent to all recipients, all recipients can see from each other who received the message.
To
All mail addresses are included in the To field. All addressees can see from each other who received the message.
Addresses per e-mail message
The option addresses per message specifies how many e-mail addresses may be addressed per message. Some mail providers only allow a maximum number of addressees per email message because of spam. Using this feature, you can have Database Application Pro generate a number of email messages that do not exceed the set maximum number of addresses per message.
Subject
Specify the subject of the email to be displayed in the email application here.
Message
Enter a message to be displayed in the e-mail application.
