Print label sheet

With Database Application Pro, you can easily print labels on various formats, including label printers such as a DYMO labelwriter, for example.

The label sheet printing function consists of different parts used within the programme. Below is an overview of these different components and their relationship.

A entity label sheet is the design for a label sheet to be printed, in which the data of type label sheet and the data to be printed of the relevant entities is included. A entity label sheet can be designed once, but it can also be permanently stored in your database so that you can easily invoke it multiple times.

Within an entity label sheet the label sheet definition is stored, no reference to the chosen label sheet from the label sheet container, this has the advantage that when you open your database on another computer on which the original label sheet containers are no longer present, you can simply open your entity label sheet can be printed. A label sheet container contains one or more label sheet. You can use the label sheet container designer your own label sheets design and save them to your computer or share them with others. When launching the label sheet printing function, the self-made label containers read in from your local computer and are selectable in the entity label sheet designer. The location to search for self-created label sheet containers is the data directory.
