The report browser window is displayed when calling the report tabular print function, if no saved reports already exist the report designer opens.

In this window, you can perform the following actions:

Double-clicking an item in the list of reports starts the print job, the standard Windows printer window will be displayed.

Clicking the plaatje button opens the report designer opens, in it you can design your new report.

First select the report you want to edit from the list, then clicking the plaatje button opens the report designer opens with the selected report.
This button is only available when one report is selected from the list.

First select the report you want to delete from the list, then clicking the plaatje button permanently removes the selected report from the database. This action is irreversible.

For each report, you specify whether it has static columns or dynamic columns. You set this in the report properties via the report designer window.

Reports with dynamic columns are displayed with the purple icon. These reports use the columns from the current entity list, with which the print job was called. If the print job does not come from the entity list, then the default columns are used.

Reports with static columns always use a fixed set of columns, these reports are displayed with the blue icon. The columns are defined in the properties of the report which you edit via the report designer window. This allows you to create specific reports with a particular purpose and structure.
